Sate is a dish of marinated, skewered and grilled meats, served with a sauce. Satay may consists of diced or sliced chicken, goat, mutton, beef, pork, fish, tofu, or other meats; the more authentic version uses skewers from the midrib of the coconut leaf, although bamboo skewers are often used. These are grilled or barbecued over a wood or charcoal fire, then served with various spicy seasonings.

A beef tenderloin, known as an eye fillet in New Zealand and Australia, filet in France and fillet in England, is cut from the loin of beef. As with all quadrupeds, the tenderloin refers to the psoas major muscle anterior to the transverse processes of the lumbar vertebrae, near the kidneys. This muscle does very little work, so it is the most tender part of the beef. The tenderloin can either be cut for roasts or for steaks.

Aglio e Olio is a traditional Italian pasta dish that can be made cheaply without seasonal or store-bought ingredients, said to originate traditionally from the isolated region of Abruzzo, although it is popular across the country.
Usually served with spaghetti, the sauce is made by lightly sauteeing minced or pressed garlic in olive oil, sometimes with the addition of dried red chilli flakes. Finely chopped parsley can be added as a garnish, along with parmesan cheese.

ice-cream is a frozen dessert usually made from dairy products, such as milk and cream, and often combined with fruits or other ingredients and flavours. Most varieties contain sugar, although some are made with other sweeteners. In some cases, artificial flavourings and colourings are used in addition to the natural ingredients. This mixture is stirred slowly while cooling to prevent large ice crystals from forming; the result is a smoothly textured ice cream.
Mozzarella is one of the finest restaurant and bar in the Legian Bali. It was located on Padma Street No. 9. The atmosphere is perfect for every moment like birthday, party, or simply just hang out with friends and family.
From the name itself, it already tells what our specialty. But we still have Indonesian food like satay, nasi goreng, and nasi campur. Mozzarella known for famous Aglio Olio.
The food and service is fantastic and You loved the background music we chose at day and night time which really added to the ambience.
The food we enjoyed was: Entrees of portabello mushrooms sauteed in like a garlic butter served with a slice of crusty bread / lovely small slices of bruschetta. Pasta of pumpkin ravioli with a blue cheese and garlic cream sauce.....this was heaven. Steaks were great too....
very tender. Ribs were also good as was the chicken cordon blue and the chicken fillet with a mushroom sauce. And so yummy dessert ....
Mozzarella has great ambience, service, food and value that are unmatched anywhere in Legian.
Sunday night we had a band which sounded so good and you could also request songs!
We went to Mozzarella at least 6 times when we stayed in Bali last year and will be going back this year-for sure. The teaks are melt-in-your-mouth tender, the ribs succulent. Good variety of Italian and Indonesian food. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The ambience is terrific AND comfortable seating. It wea our new favourite last year.
